Now, some days I do two workouts. One can be rest and one can be strength training, or I choose cardio based on how I'm feeling that day.
Today I had cardio, muscle-ups, push-ups, and an abdominal workout, and in the evening I'll do some mobility and stretching for about 20 minutes.
