All we need is the government to be friendly with bitcoin, unlike the time of Emefiele as the CBN governor. I can easily convert my bitcoin to naira and naira to bitcoin as easy as possible and I think that is what that really matters. But if they say they want to make bitcoin a legal tender, that is good but I think that would be in my dream and not in real life.
Lol, you sound so funny. So far as many Nigerians are still making bitcoin transaction without the government interference, i will say that the government is friendly with bitcoins because if they aren't, some of these exchanges that still provide p2p platforms for Nigerians would have been attacked by the government as they did to Kucoin and Binance. But just as you said, making bitcoin a legal tender in the country is what i don't see happening any time soon but on a more serious note, do we really need the government to make bitcoin a legal tender? what if they start tasking us for every bitcoins transactions and impose strict regulations that will become inconveniencing to us. I think we are still enjoying how everything is working now because if the government starts putting more eyes on bitcoin enthusiasts in the country it won't be funny o.
