I think your app should go through quality checks because no one will play a little-known app like an online casino and invest their real money in it because people should be absolutely aware that you are a serious developer, that your app is properly certified and meets all the criteria.
If you have developed apps before, you should show this information so that people can see feedback on what kind of developer you are, how honest you are, and how good you are at creating apps.
You are correct and I want to be agree with you that without checking the information and/or feedback people might not be interested to use any gambling site. Actually I want to say that all the peeoiple will not be able check the information and/or feedback only wise people will check it and thats why scammer can scam people funnds by the name of gambling, exchanging etc.
