I really like your question at the end of your post, is there any dip to buy now! Why don't we keep buying and accumulating consistently?
Consistent buying through the DCA strategy using your discretionary income is the real deal for me. It doesn't matter how little or small your accumulation might be, so long as something is been stacked, with time, it would've grown to something tangible. I wouldn't support a newbie stacking funds Ans waiting for Dips to buy Bitcoin, because it will delay such an investor in what should have been accumulated in a long run. Secondly, when will such dips come, who knows? So, the best still remains consistent accumulation despite how small, in a few months or years, that investor should be happy for what has been gathered so far.

If Dips opportunity presents itself, one can buy, that is if you have some funds set aside for such purpose, yea! But don't deprive yourself of continuous growth in accumulation all in the name of waiting for Dips. No waiting, Keep buying, always and consistently. The DCA has made it easy for everyone of us
You are right here sir, and I also share the same sentiment with you  about this, buying and accumulating bitcoin consistently is the real deal, no need of waiting for a dip before buying because you will be wasting your time waiting when more Bitcoin would have been bought and added to your stash.
Just as you have said already, if in the process of accumulating Bitcoin and their is a dip in the market, you may decide to buy aggressively then if you have the reserve funds to do so, but if it's not in place, their is no point feeling pity for yourself, just continue to buy regularly through your dca accumulating strategy and you will be fine. In the nearest future, you will discover that those small discretionary income you thought was nothing might build a generational wealth for you if you were able to accumulate a huge stash of bitcoin over the years.
