Though I appreciate your trust in me by offering an access to your account [with you watching me], I don't think such step is necessary at this point, not to mention its a gross violation to privacy that I can't bring myself to do, especially without good cause or outcome.
I think it probably demonstrates the OP has a lot of respect for you hence the offer of you to log in to his account. It is (as you correctly pointed out) a step too far and an unnecessary one that also happens to be a gross violation of privacy.
For the time being though, I'm waiting for their side of the story.
They had a lot of time to reply in Casino Guru but opted to skip past the opportunities afforded to them. If they update you with a version of events that will be excellent but in the event they do not respond further, how much time will you allow them to give their side of the story before you give up?
I don't really feel like they interested in anything but stalling honestly. Like you said, they had plenty of time to respond on CG and decided not to. To me that says they are not interested in coming to a conclusion on this issue.
I try to stay unbiased but sometimes cases just seem clear cut and in this case BC appears to be 100% in the wrong. I'll wait for an official response or lack of 1 but BC is fast becoming an untrusted website in this users head.
