What a narrow escape for Nigeria today against Rwanda, the super eagles dominated the game created enough chances but find it very difficult to make the chances come to reality in the game, All thanks to tolu arokodare the Wolverhampton front man that helped put Nigeria in front of the game giving them chances of qualifying if they could win south Africa in there next match.
The super eagles never impressed me with there inability to convert chances in today's game That was as soft as what know one could expect yet they are looking for a super win against south Africa i don't think that dream could come to reality.
A 1nil lead isn't a better one when it has to do with the Super Eagles because they are always slippery and they find it hard to even defend properly. If it was SA that played against the Super Eagles I believe the game would have ended in a draw or in favor of South Africa, it is indeed a weak display from the Nigerian side. The first half was suppose to be when they would have killed the game because the pressure they gave Rwanda was too much, rushing them and forcing them back into their own box but no goal, that became a problem and ending the first half without a goal gave the visitors hope.
Tuesday is the day that will decide the Super Eagles fate if they'd qualify or not and I think the South Africa side will take this game personal and also make sure the Eagles don't qualify, so who's going to be under pressure? Nigeria, and I don't think they can operate well when they're being pressured.
