How would a forum admin help in this case? If someone solved it, that person should just follow the instructions as discussed here. Sign the TX manually, submit it to a private miner he/she trusts and that's all.
It's simple when you know what you are doing. If you don't, then you research and make it simple.
I could also suggest to hire someone, but not sure if one can trust somebody here. I probably would not, but that's me.
