In my opinion, Mikel Arteta has been doing a great job since his arrival in Arsenal. He contributed significantly to the team in various ways and has transformed Arsenal for the better. It's been observed that over the past three seasons, Arsenal always started strong, winning around 80% of their early matches, but ended up fallen short of expectations. I believe it wasn't the right time for Mikel Arteta to lift the trophy in previous seasons, but with the new signings they've made this season, I'm hopeful Arsenal might finally win the Premier League title this season. I know the season will be more challenging for Arteta than previous ones, because other competing clubs have high expectations of winning the Premier League title too, and I'm not surprised, given the quality of players these teams have, making it difficult to predict the title winner.

Arteta has done a great job for Arsenal in the past few years, but you and I know that he wouldn't have last up to 3-4 seasons at any of the other big clubs in the premier league. Arteta's project has been a process, running for years now, but still yet to win a major trophy. He is a tactical genius, but sometimes, he makes silly decisions that can literally be avoided. I told a friend about a week ago, that Arsenal's performance against Liverpool in their last game would determine how far they would perform this season, and their mindset to play in a very heated environment.

And before the game, his tactical formation already told a part of the story, and how they ended up playing in the entire 90mins despite Liverpool's weird calmness in the game proved that this season might actually be another Netflix series. If he wants to win titles, he has to be ruthless because winning does not come easy.
All the Premier League soccer fans admit that Mikel Arteta has a very good job in every season but sometimes makes a careless decision that makes Arsenal fail to get the title.
I also agree with your opinion if Arteta should be more committed to every decision and really consider every impact that can occur.
I remember a few seasons ago Arsenal almost got the title after having a thin score difference with Manchester City but instead lost in the match towards the end of the season.
It became a very sad match after giving great hope to fans but failed with only one defeat.
