Exactly whoever the coach is, they will definitely need extra efforts to make the club much better again, or even to approach their previous performance. Because Leverkusen has lost three key players: Florian Wirtz, Jeremie Frimpong, Amine Adli, Granit Xhaka, Jonathan Tah, and several other top players. So, for now, Leverkusen must stick with their current lineup, fortunately they have Patrik Schick.

I'd say I agree with this take. When a club loses that many key players in just one transfer window – Wirtz, Frimpong, Adli, Xhaka, Tah – it's gonna show on the pitch no matter what. Even the best coach out there can't quickly and effectively make up for that kind of loss in quality and chemistry.
Right now Leverkusen basically has to rebuild from scratch, rely on the guys who stayed, and hope that Patrik Schick stays fit and turns into their main man up front – which is still a big question mark. Ten Hag’s impact is barely noticeable so far, so he probably needs way more time (and some serious signings) to rebuild this team and get them back to their previous level
Yeah, it will increase the difficulty to mkae Leverkusen like as what happened to the moment with Xabi again.

But additionally, Leverkusen's decision to dismiss Ten Hag so quickly was indeed due to several reasons. However, what we can most clearly see from Ten Hag's training methods is the spotlight on several experts, including excessively long press-up sessions and the lack of coaching to boost self-confidence. Instead, they focused more on press-up/push-up training, which Ten Hag believed was equally important for training. This was at odds with the rest of the staff.
