And if the most chaos in the country is for gambling, then gambling should be banned in that country. Although there is a lot of loss of the government, good steps should be taken for the citizens. This will improve the country economically.
Of course, the safety and well-being of its citizens should be more important for the state than filling the treasury. But I believe that strict regulation of the gaming process, including limiting the amount of player's loss from the casino, will be more acceptable than a complete ban on gambling.
I agree with this, and this is my stance as well when it comes to gambling.
Stricter regulation will always be better than a total ban on gambling. Yes, gambling can be detrimental to one's health, but we can't change the fact that the country can benefit from the taxes that they're paying as well to the government. A total ban on gambling means a huge deduction on taxes that they're getting. On the other hand, a total ban on gambling doesn't solve the problem either. Do they think that a total ban means people who gamble can't gamble anymore? Nah, I don't think so.
Even the agency that's handling these gambling casinos here in our country also said that they're having a hard time taking down these illegal gambling websites. Well, at the end of the day it's them that will make the final decision. Their taxes that are being paid is a big help towards the improvement of the country... or is it?
