Personally, I still believe that City will remain one of the title favorites, even though their form isn't as smooth as before and the competition is getting fiercer. It's too early to tell, because their winning mentality is still strong. Indeed, the coach always has his own way of dealing with this, even though he often experimented at the start of the season, but he's always adept at finding solutions at crucial moments.
The coach has likely identified and understood their weaknesses, and I suspect he will also emphasize his team's sharpness in front of goal, as even the slightest mismanagement can be fatal. This means tactical awareness, composure, and a lack of obsession are crucial to prevent the team from losing its rhythm. Another point of attention is the coach will also need to rotate players more wisely.
You still think he his title favorite and he has lost 2 of his 3 premier league matches and it just the beginning of the season. Wake up mate, we don’t know if they will improve this season but Pep has lost it and we all saw here struggled to even make Top 4 last season. I don’t see him as a turtle contender this season, you can’t lost to spurs at home and to Brighton away and be favorite in winning the league.
This season eventu point is very crucial and we have see how Liverpool, Arsenal and Chelsea are all battling for every point like it the end of the season. Manchester city will still lose a lot of matches, both to big side and to mid table team. Pep knows he his struggling and finding a solution might be something he won’t get soon.
