First of all, big thanks to OP for still putting Manchester United in the list and not under “Other.” 
However, Manchester United have had poor performances every season, they're still a team with great history in the PL, it would be disrespectful to put them in the "Others", LOL.
As a United fan, I honestly see Liverpool and Arsenal taking the top two spots.
Arsenal look complete now, especially after fixing the striker issue (as far as I can see).
And Liverpool… well, they’re just Liverpool. They’re playing on another level right now.
Plus with all the big signings they made this year.

In recent seasons, we haven't seen Manchester United perform like a great team. Honestly, the last time I could believe in Manchester United was when they faced Fulham. I bet on them to win there, but what did they do? they disappointed me & other Manchester United fans again with a draw result, even though it should have been an easy match for them. Manchester United is no longer a top-level team, more suited to being compared to teams like Brighton & Hove Albion.
