I agree with you that there's no excuse for Barcelona 1-1 draw against Rayo Vallecano because Barcelona played with their full squad and Barcelona believed they would defeat Rayo Vallecano at Rayo Vallecano home soil and take all three points, but Rayo Vallecano surprises Barcelona with an amazing performance, which Barcelona managed to earn a point against Rayo Vallecano with the help of the referee.

To be honest, I'm not surprised by this draw. Barcelona's problem is their very weak defense. Last season, they could have reached the European Champions League final, but due to their weak defense, they lost to Inter. Before this game against Rayo Vallecano, they played against Levante, which is not a strong team, and even so, they conceded two goals. They have three games and conceded three goals, unlike Real Madrid, which has three games and conceded only one goal.

In a week, Atletico Madrid are going to face Villarreal home. Honestly it is one of the toughest fixtures in the season for them. Villarreal have started the season solid. Quite productive and strong in defense.  Smiley

As a reminder, both of their head-to-heads ended up with a draw last season. While Atletico Madrid are horrible now I wouldn't be surprised if they even lose. Double chance on Villarreal has 1.87 odds. I think it is worth trying.

I'm wondering if the Atlético Madrid coach will continue with his job this season, because it seems to me that Atlético Madrid's situation will not improve. They have played 3 games, drawn 2, and lost 1 against the weakest teams in La Liga. This is not normal. They haven't won yet, and there's a greater chance they won't win in the next game.
