Arsenal's fixture is going to change for better soon, but I don't know who would be getting the nod between Mosquera and Hincapie, it might have been easier when they had Kiwior who played a lot of matches last season when Gabriel was out, but I might have to read up on who is the more suitable player between both of them for the RCB role, I'd be leaning more towards Hincapie because he was the reason while Kiwior had to leave and he commanded a higher transfer fee which should make him more important, at least until they're both judged by their performance.

On the extra chips, I also do not like it, I prefer when proper planning of every move and transfer takes precedence and the room for mistakes were marginal and costly at the same time, with those -4 or -8 points hit being a common move amongst managers.
