^^^ Consolation win after a series of disastrous performances, and nothing more for Zimbabwe. I stick to my stance that other full member nations should stop touring Zimbabwe. ICC wastes close to $18 million on them every year, and this amount should be rather distributed to the top associate nations. Hardly any of this amount ends up with the players, and infrastructure also hasn't seen any major upgrade. And this means that most of the funds are stolen by corrupt politicians in Zimbabwe.
The second T20 game will blow up our mind with shocking results which was played between Sri Lanka and Zimbabwe. Zimbabwe won the game by eliminating the whole batting lineup of Sri Lanka at just 80 runs. Sri Lanka opened first innings with Nissanka and Mendis who couldn't male a great partnership and lost wickets at 17 runs. Then comes the one down player who managed to score 20 runs somehow. Zimbabwe's bowlers were in great form as they attacked the wickets and eliminated players after short intervals. Sri Lanka couldn't survive infront of the powerful attackers and got eliminated at 80 runs. Zimbabwe lost 2 wickets till 20 runs but their middle order players chased the target. Sri Lanka's bowlers eliminated 5 players but couldn't stop them from chssing the target. There was no amazing performance by Zimbabwe as well but they won this game by a great margin.
