Anyone had any issues redeeming the Gold PK ones?

I bought 5 Gold PKs. 4 i was able to redeem few years ago.however one was not...emailed Tim many many times but he never got back to me.
Damn this is pretty fd up. Can’t say I’m super surprised or anything. Even more of a reason to peel PK coins if yet to have done so. Sorry to hear it.
