I’d like to clear up the air regarding this case. After speaking with Shuffle directly, they presented clear evidence that the bet in question was indeed fixed. I now understand that my earlier assumptions were incorrect.
For context, I’ve been using an AI-based bet tracker to monitor bets from winning punters across multiple sites and tailed their action. While using such a tool is completely legal, it seems it picked up a fixed bet, which led to the confusion.
I want to apologize to Shuffle for any false accusations. That was not my intention, and I take responsibility for jumping the gun.
That said, I do believe the situation could have been handled with a bit more professionalism and communication early on. Still, I appreciate them taking the time to clear things up.
Lesson learned on my end. Appreciate everyone’s understanding.
Well, happy to learn that this issue has been resolved and you accepting being the one at fault by laying false accusations against shuffle, so I have withdrawn my support for the flag and thanks to little mouse who brought this latest update to my notice..
This is a lesson for you I believe, and for every one of us as well, to not be too in a hurry to conclude on an issue until we are very sure who's telling the truth and who's telling a lie, I do not blame you @op, anyone in your shoes would have done exactly the same thing you did, and I do not blame shuffle either but I believe this issue wouldn't have escalated to the extent that it did if they have jumped on it on time and provided the evidence that proved they were right to have canceled the bet you thought you won..
Anyways, glad again that issue is resolved and every one is happy again.
