Shuffle isn't a scam service. I'm very confident that the issue will be fixed, and it will be as if nothing happened.
     ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Update
I’d like to clear up the air regarding this case. After speaking with Shuffle directly, they presented clear evidence that the bet in question was indeed fixed. I now understand that my earlier assumptions were incorrect.

For context, I’ve been using an AI-based bet tracker to monitor bets from winning punters across multiple sites and tailed their action. While using such a tool is completely legal, it seems it picked up a fixed bet, which led to the confusion.

I want to apologize to Shuffle for any false accusations. That was not my intention, and I take responsibility for jumping the gun.

That said, I do believe the situation could have been handled with a bit more professionalism and communication early on. Still, I appreciate them taking the time to clear things up.

Lesson learned on my end. Appreciate everyone’s understanding.
This is a very good move to update us here about the statues of the accusations, since the case have been settled it Worthy to point it out here for future reference, since the matter was discussed here earlier in the middle of the case, and this draw the attention of the community, but with the quote it shows that shuffle team have indeed did the noble thing by accepting the accuser apologies and to sustain the trust and confidence that players have for shuffle.
Anybody and accuse anybody wrongly as no body is above mistakes, the op made the mistake of accusing shuffle wrongly and apologized upon the realization, that is also a noble thing the op did also and it should be commended as well, like I said in the scam accusation thread, any body in the ops shoes would have done exactly what the op did especially when the casino refused to provide the necessary evidence proving that the game they canceled was indeed fixed.

So, I commend both party for understanding each other and coming to a resolution with the party on the wrong side humbling himself and apologizing, and the wrongly accused party staying humble enough to accept the apology, lets draw lessons from this and not be hasty in conclusions next time, and also, casinos should be proactive in handling issues with their customers, I believe this issue would have escalated like this if shuffle responded with the required or needed evidence immediately the issue was raised.
