When it happened in America, I wasn't surprised that this was the case there, since many corporations there are quite cunning in exploiting regulatory loopholes and market conditions for their own gain. But something clearly needs to be done, because it’s simply unfair to charge people for something they don’t benefit from or even use. Corporations should be held accountable and charged for all the resources they consume, not ordinary people who sometimes work two or three jobs just to pay their bills. Because it's simply unfair since these companies get tax breaks and various other benefits, yet at the same time, society has to bear the negative impacts of their operations.
Na na na, those are just example of how big data centre owned by major companies forced us to be involved to pay their bill as they get subsidized. When you take a look at the so many countries, there are so many data centre built in the various countries. It means this case already a global case.
It's not only happening in USA, but world wide.
