I’d like to clear up the air regarding this case. After speaking with Shuffle directly, they presented clear evidence that the bet in question was indeed fixed. I now understand that my earlier assumptions were incorrect.

For context, I’ve been using an AI-based bet tracker to monitor bets from winning punters across multiple sites and tailed their action. While using such a tool is completely legal, it seems it picked up a fixed bet, which led to the confusion.

I want to apologize to Shuffle for any false accusations. That was not my intention, and I take responsibility for jumping the gun.

That said, I do believe the situation could have been handled with a bit more professionalism and communication early on. Still, I appreciate them taking the time to clear things up.

Lesson learned on my end. Appreciate everyone’s understanding.
It is good to hear that. I think you will also write resolved in the accusation thread though I have not checked it probably you have done that and also removed the flag because I saw the flag there just now when I checked the inactive flag. It is good that casinos like shuffle professionally settled the case amicably. And it is good you came to the public and tender your apology.
There were other cases which I had seen on shuffle casino in the accusation board but yours was higher.
