I don't know what to say is the problem because it's not just only corruption that is the problem, greed and wickedness is also involved. Is it because they're in the office where they have access to these documents and funds entrusted to them was the reason why they decided to lavish the money into thinbair through gambling.

If they needed enough money to leave an expensive life why didn't they keep the money to themselves and use it to invest or something but they prefer to gamble with it. Maybe, they thought that they could double the money and replace back the one they took but they were caught up in a gambling snare.
