The team consists of 11 players, each having some responsibility on the good or bad performance displayed by the team. Allocating blame to a single player for a team woes is downright unfair. Ridiculous even. All players would share in the glory or in the failure of the team. I mean, that's why they're a team.
Perhaps Pep's time to reign at Manchester city is gradually coming to an end. He has had an amazing run with the club, winning the league title back to back. A very impressive record if I may add.
Sometimes the way blames are been thrown at both the coach and even players can be really ridiculous, everthing does not have to be blamed on the coach or a particular player, sometimes or if not moat times, it's a supposed collective effort but somehow I happens that a way is always found to throw I all at someone, we should even understand that pep is not in his prime any longer and most should not be expected of him except for the best he can do.
It's the reality of life. Things are not always continue to go the best way for you. Sometimes you have rough times in your career and it is fine to do so. Pep has got one of the most successful and inspirational career in football as a manager, so the expectations meted on him by supporters and well wishers is what's bringing the pressure. I know the team is gonna bounce back soon and they only need to stay more committed and in high spirits if they want to really bounce back like I wish them to.

On a average, the Manchester City has done its best to always show up in performance, we are still in the younger part of the season meaning we have more to expect so it will be too early to start making conclusions on the performance of the team but this is also the time for the team to build back their momentum and stay stronger in the competition.
