I don't consider Guardiola leaving Manchester city as the best option or remedy to the team problem and if Manchester city should sack Guardiola and get a new coach I think or feel the situation will be worst for now and it will take the new coach time to fix up the team. Just like what is happening in Manchester united now, they believe Eric Ten Hag was the problem but since he left Manchester united has been in the dark, nothing good to speak about them no impact, no change, same pattern of play all the time I hope Amorim will do something better this season.
The first issue is who will Manchester City appoint as their new coach after sacking Guardiola? Who is the replacement for Guardiola? Will City find a more experienced coach than Guardiola? So sacking Guardiola will definitely not be a good decision for Manchester City. Guardiola is one of the best coaches of the present time. So Guardiola should be given more time. City's overall performance is quite weak and it is visible. Guardiola needs to find the reason for this. Manchester City should trust Guardiola. He is the only one who can bring City back to their strong form.
You're right, Pep Guardiola is still the best manager, and sacking him isn't a good idea for Manchester City. What's happening to Manchester City is only a matter of time, and I'm sure Pep Guardiola won't sit idly by and will continue his efforts to restore Manchester City to its best form.
The question is, if Manchester City were to change their manager, would they be able to turn things around quickly? In my opinion, it would be a waste of time and not guarantee instant results, as everything requires a process, adaptation, and so on, which would actually hinder Pep Guardiola's efforts.
