Replacing a head coach who made history with the club is not easy for any club as well as any replacement. Bayer Leverkusen struggled with this task so did Ten Hag but now they both have to move onward to the future. Xabi Alonso already became a story of the past, so did Ten Hag, while Bundesliga is on going and the season is far till its ending. Bayer Leverkusen must be careful in coming months as they have risk of falling out of top four in Bundesliga if their head coach position is not assigned to a good coach.
They first tested Eric Ten Hag and he’s was not able to deliver as they wanted, maybe sacking him this early was the best for them. Bayern Leverkusen have made a very good sales last season and I think they will be happy with the amount they made. But while making those sales, they didn’t think of the aftermath of it which was very important and are now facing the repercussions of it now. Eric Ten Hag didn’t pass the first challenge in the club and he’ll be so sorry to have being sacked in this manner. Xabi Alonso left a trademark and this cannot be forgotten in many years for this club. Looking for a good coach now will be a little hard for them, and this season is already posing a threat to them already that they may not get to finish in the top four this season.
