The usage and awareness of Bitcoin in Naija is surely increasing, personally I think Nigeria is one of those countries in Africa where if it where down to the citizens, Bitcoin would have been a legal tender.

Quite alright, this is what the people want, they needed a situation whereby there will be more to their financial privacy and be in control of it, but still yet, the government understand this as pressing needs, but wouldn't afford to render it to us because they don't want to give us the necessary freedom and yet claims living in a democracy era.

Still the knowledge of Bitcoin statistically has been with the younger generation. Either in rural or urban areas. The market, women. Pensioners, Older entrepreneurs may not be armed with such knowledge. If more awareness is needed, what's the best way to reach a huge populace?

It continues to increases and grow naturally by itself, as long as Bitcoin with being consistent in it usefulness, security and every other interesting protocols that was built for it, with time, everyone will get used to it, the adoption continue to increases and more are getting informed than ever before when it first started and things will only gets better even in the future.
