Are you sure you did not violated the terms of service on some way? What would make more sense than telling you that you are addicted and need to stop.

Casino will never ever cut off their milk procedure (which mean they customer). There has two reason for these case:
1. We request self exclusion but in these case seem like he not doing it
2. Could be, he somehow mad and chat somethings to "Stake Support or Someone Work" in Stake multiple time like bad things stuff and other. Then, they're taking conclusion he was an addict and decide to closed his account.
I seeing case no.2 in "BossManJack" cause he getting sponsor by Stake and he saying Stake was rigged and other for the game. Finally they gave him some pause or closed the account due several reason addiction gambling and not just thats he was in high coke as well.
Though, the case of Bossmanjack is an extremely serious one and I doubt whatever is going on with this guy on this thread is as bad as what is going on with Bossmanjack, the latter being and crippled addicted to gambling and cocaine living with his parents and with no clear future ahead, busting the furniture of this bedroom out of rage when he losses all his money to the casino.
Anyways... There is a chance our fellow here acted out while talking to customer service and then the Stake agent decided he was actuslly addicted to gambling and needed to be signed out of the casino for his own well-being and financial preservation, still itis very rare staff of the casino would dare to take that decision for us, instead of waiting for us to declare ourselves unsuitable to continue to gamble.
