You wanna move 100k $ need some quite bigger reason....you wanna move 10 mil $ still need very big reason for that you wanna move 1 bil $ ... need geopolitical global bigger reasons.
You can't just move money bigger money requires bigger reasons.
In order to move you need reasons and big money requires geopolitical volatility and changes often they not pleasent but how you move big money or how you take big money and wealth so you need geopolitical reasons.
Specially when goverment offialials circles want to put state money in their pockets.
It is true that money needs reason to move, even if not for others, but for oneself, else why move it.
There's also the issue of tax remittance to the government if the money that wants to be moved is from a commercial bank.
With Bitcoin and the Blockchain network however, the issues of tax is not really an issue and am sure the reasons that may be required to move large amounts may just be fee difference in the choice of network or second layer that has been developed to ease transactions.
