if i accidentally randomly correctly bet on a fixed matches, or i just use random tips for betting, that are based on inside information of fixed matches, then am i being considered as a scammer?

If you are normally betting within your bet range and usual games and did it unknowingly (I mean a common player has no idea about fixing) there should be no issues.
But if you are betting like 10-20$ for years on soccer and suddenly you place $30,000 on some rowing match which have not better before from an address which has connections to fixers, you can get into trouble.
It is very rare for a fair average player to get into trouble in a reputed casino for fixing. Casinos have much more data on us than we think lol.
