lIt's true that last season, Real Madrid was truly unfortunate because they consistently lost against Barcelona. However, injuries were certainly a contributing factor. It certainly seemed like Real Madrid's performance was declining, which was sometimes difficult to understand. However, this season, Real Madrid has changed coaches, and many are hoping that Xabi Alonso can improve Real Madrid's performance.
Unfortunate, sorry but could you explain how?
To be honest, I did not think to complete loses in one season to Barcelona in all direct matches from Real Madrid, but by actually losing all matches, Real Madrid shown that none of those defeats are unlucky. They were truly weaker than Barcelona in the last seasons and those defeats were well deserved.
Personally, I can't wait to see El Clásico, as it promises to be even more exciting this season. We'll see what happens. It's hard to predict who will win, but I hope El Clásico will be even more exciting this season. We'll see if Xabi succeeds in leading Real Madrid to even greater good or not.
Carlo Ancelotti left, Xabi Alonso came and made some improvements which can be good foundation for Real Madrid gaining better results in matches with Barcelona in this season. They don't want to lose more matches to this traditional competitor and they actually work hard to beat Barcelona.
