The US is one nation that many have always dreamt of migrating to due to the numerous opportunities in terms job opportunities, human rights, healthcare, education etc, but recently the US and most of these western nations are beginning to engage legislations/policies that tends to make it more difficult for immigrants who intend to go to these countries whether legally or not from accessing visas that would enable them move over there, what do you think may be the reasons fort this?
It's very simple, they have seen that their country is gradually being flooded with foreigners, and most of the opportunities that their citizens would have taken, is being dragged by a foreigner that knows the job more than most of their citizens.

By looking at it from a different angles, like a neutral body, they are not wrong, they are trying to protect the interest of their citizens, and if our leaders are doing well by making this country better, I don't think citizens will want to seek greener pastures elsewhere, but it saddens me that all these measures by Us and most western nations only affects the common man or an average income earner in the country, not politicians or members of their families.
