The sports industry does not only consist of athletes and managers. There are also the reporters or journalists. They are the ones who go to watch live sports and report trackside or from the studio. They follow the season and the athletes. They are the ones who build a narrative and share it to the public. It got me thinking whether they do sports betting or not and uses whatever inside information they have. Or do they spread something just to bet something different? If you were a sports journalist, would you enjoy betting on the sports you report on?
Sports journalism is a profession where they can learn a lot of news and through various analyses they can collect and know all the information about different teams and players. By analyzing the information they have detailed knowledge about many positive and negative aspects of those teams. There may be some gamblers among them, but it would be foolish for them to expect any outcome of the game. Because you can gain a lot of knowledge about a team by analyzing its relationship and apply that knowledge while betting, but you should not think that the bet will go in your favour.
