I have been in gambling addiction to an extent before and I quit and begin to gamble again. But I am not addicted to gambling again like now but people are very different. I have seen someone that is addicted to trading, the person quit and later after like 4 or 5 months, the personstart to gamble again and later become addicted again for like 2 years before the person finally stopped after trading almost destroyed the person. I think he thinks he can make money from gambling is the reason he become addicted again.
When achieving something aimed at instant profit, there's a high probability of experiencing addiction. I, too, experienced a gambling addiction. But now, I'm no longer as addicted as I once was, realizing that I shouldn't place high expectations on gambling, as it's tantamount to killing myself sooner or later.
I can still be considered an active gambler, but now that I'm disciplined, it doesn't have such a negative impact on me.
