Team's Failure, who is Responsible?
This is the question we should always ask ourselves in gambling whenever we are are playing bets, then discovered that the team we supported in sport bets for instance does not perform as we expected in their match.
Who do we often often blame to be responsible for the failure to deliver, is it the coach or the players, because the two plays the most important roles towards the performance of a team in winning or loosing a match play, so let's discuss about who's responsible and should receive the blame.
Such questions can never be answered in general. Any general answer is very likely to be wrong in many cases, and it will not advance the search for the real root causes. There are scenarios in which it is the coach who is responsible. Sometimes it is most or all of the players that have played badly, other times the whole failure can be attributed to the strong under performance of a few individual players.
There are off nights and good nights. You cannot blame a player if they will suck one night but play good in 50 games. Not the coach, too.
Why would I not be able to? There are many cases where the player is at fault for not adhering to discipline and the right behavior before matches. He made conscious yet bad decisions which have led to a negative outcome. Of course he can be blamed.
