It always the coach, we know sometimes players have effect on these results but it left for the coach to put in the good players and make sure he get the result he want. I would still insist it the coach because when a coach is appointed he comes in with his crew, the fitness coach, tactical coach, physio and lot more so it now depends on this crew to try to put the player in good condition to play well. Again every coach have their philosophy, idea about football so when the team is doing poorly it because maybe the players are finding it very hard to adapt to the coach philosophy.
We have seen a team doing badly and when the coach is sacked and a new coach comes in we will see the team doing very well. So most at times it always the coach not the players. Football is a team games so when you feel a particular player is giving you issues you can just drop him but for coaches it not like that.
