I don't think Real Madrid, Barcelona, or Atletico Madrid will drop any points this week. All three teams will win their matches. While Atletico Madrid's match was a bit tough, I think they'll ultimately get the three points because they desperately need them. They played two very poor league matches. If everything were so simple and logical, then bookmakers would not accept bets on favorites. Bookmakers quote the chances of Real to win as 1.62, Barcelona as 1.25, Atletico as 1.91. If you make a multiple bet on these outcomes, the winnings will be 1.62x1.25x1.91 = +286% Doesn't the figure bother you? It is unlikely that bookmakers are so generous that they are ready to give money for such a simple pick. It is possible that all three favorites will win, but it is more likely that someone will lose points. I think that after the break for national team games this is very much expected.
