You probably bet on a more confident victory for the Netherlands? Otherwise, how can you explain your surprise - it seems to me an ordinary result, just 3 points for heavy favourite without any particular focus on dominance or a big score.
As for Spain and Turkey, I wrote before the game (discussing the odds of 1.5 for Spain to win) that everything is logical - Spain is the main favorite of any tournament, and Turkey is in a permanent crisis. Plus the format is such that the favorite needs a win. The final score is slightly higher than predicted, but the balance of power in the pair is exactly that.
