To be honest i'm really worried about Marcus Rashford's recent struggles. It's evident that his inconsistency, high costs, and adaptation to La Liga's tactical requirements are challenges. The issue might be deeper than performance. What I do feel right now Rashford's career seems stuck, and he needs a fresh start to regain confidence.
I think only Turkish, Arabian and American teams can accept to pay high salary with mediocre performance, if he want to play in other teams, he should accept salary cut. He's still 27 years old actually, he can still improve himself if he want.
I'm not against Leverkusen signing a another manager rbut they could stick with the current interim manager till January during the winter window better bringing in a new coach, on the other hands, the league is still fresh so if they're to bringing in a new coach now they should hasten up the process and pick their preferred option.
Interim managers aren't supposed to train the squad for many months/years except Leverkusen is fine or have trouble to find a new coach/with their financial.
