I believe that what keeps a gamer healthy is precisely having other priorities that take up space in life. When there are more important things, like family, friendships, or even activities that bring personal satisfaction, gaming ends up in its rightful place: a form of leisure. Perhaps the secret lies in knowing how to balance one's time and not letting it become the sole source of pleasure. But does this balance come more from individual discipline or from the support of those around us?

I agree with you on this, whatever we do there should be a sense of moderation In anything that you do...it's important that you shouldn't take gambling as a priority, you must have other things you are doing that should take your time and attention...gamers can keep a healthy balance when they don't have anything significant going on in their life...if you don't have anything doing to keep yourself busy you shouldnt be gambling
There is even an expression, everything is good in moderation. I use it in life not only in gambling, but also in other areas of my life and I am happy with it. In general, I have noticed that many players have the same thing, for example, that each of them thinks that he will win, and not others, and this sometimes even makes me smile, because they cannot even explain the reasons to themselves. Players should pay more attention to many improvements to themselves, so that they want to control the time of the game, and think about winnings later.
