Going to Barcelona from United wouldn't solve the problem for him because he has failed to work on himself in order to improve his performance. I thought that he must have learned his lesson from what Amorim did to him but he hasn't, because he still show the signs of laziness in him and that's why he's finding it difficult to improve his performance. Maybe, we have already seen the best of Rashford and he has nothing to show us anymore.
Everybody saw Rashford going to Barcelona as a good option, but I didn't. It's a bigger club with a manager who knows how to bring the best out of people, but his profile was not what they needed at the time. Barcelona needed a proper left winger who could dribble and create chances, and also a good presser. Rashford is not those things. He is no longer a good dribbler and doesn't create a lot of chances.
Rasford prefers to have the ball in a counter, and with Barcelona playing a very high line, they don't always get an opportunity for a counter, except against attacking teams.
Rasford is just a lower version of last season's Raphinha. Raphinha creates more chances, scores more goals, and works harder, presses more and even dribbles more than Rashford, yet Barcelona still needed a natural LW because Raphinha is not it. Rashford is also not it, but they signed him, so it's like it was rigged against him from the beginning. The only thing that can save him now is if he scores a lot of goals.
