I think those who are in the best position to give a pretty accurate to very close to accurate answer will be the online customer support of stake, you can contact them through the site and see what they have to say..

But personally, I believe that stake will continue to operate in India for a very long time from now so far the government of your country doesn't wake up one morning to abruptly ban offshore casinos from operating in your country, and if it's about licensing, so far stake have a very strong customer base in India, I believe they will work towards securing all the necessary licenses required to keep and maintain their presence in India...

But on the other hand, if any thing happens that will result to the casino terminating their operations in India, rest assured they announce this on time and give all their Indian users enough time to take their money out of the casino.

Even the support service couldn't explain anything regarding the question, I mean they won't answer questions for the future so the conclusion is better to wait for the announcement if there is a regulatory update. There was previously a regulatory update regarding crypto for users from India and as you said Stake always finds a solution well we suspect the same thing will be do in the future. I was wondering before, it seems Stake is implementing something special for users from India and maybe this is because India is one of the most user bases for Stake.
