There are seasons that some teams just don't do well, most of their key players just suddenly flop due to maybe injuries or for what we can't really point to. Could be that this is Kano pillars and the likes of some of the Northern teams might be passing through. Take Manchester city in the EPL for example, after an excellent successive seasons they just become something different of what we know them for. Surely, the fans deserves to watch a good play from their team when they come to watch them and it's disappointing when that's not what they're getting.

Whatever issues Kano Pillars has, I think they need to be rectified by now. They've had poor performances for years, and I believe even fans are getting tired of their excuses. Just look at their performance this season - no signs of improvement. They lost three points to Katsina United in their last match and they are currently ranked 18th on the table. This is the kind of problem our Super Eagles face we keep seeing the same faces of players without any achievements. I believe rotating players could bring better results. The same applies to Kano Pillars, player rotation could improve their performance.
Remo Stars currently top the table with seven points after winning against Warri Wolves. I don't think it'll be a surprise if they win the NPL this season, because they seem to be outperforming other clubs
