You know why I sound so doubtful of Nigeria being able to deal with South Africa? Because I see how they struggle against teams they should naturally beat easily. To be honest, small teams are having the morale to challenge Nigeria because they've got the confidence that they can stand a chance.
With the way the super eagles have been playing, getting a win against South Africa is just going to be difficult. We saw how the super eagles struggled to win against Rwanda in their last match, with the performance which the super eagles put up in the match, I don’t think they will be able to win the South Africa, they will just have to improve their performance. Some people have concluded already that the super eagles won’t be qualifying for the World Cup.
With the squad the super eagles are having, struggling to win matches is just surprising to me. No African country is having the kind of squad the super eagles are having currently, and most of their players are playing in big clubs and they are performing so well, but when they playing for there country, everything is always different. I just hope they will be able to get a win against South Africa, but that’s just going to be difficult to achieve for them.
