Regarding the funds sent to the wrong address, I agree with you that the support agent made it look like they had already started working on recovering the funds, when they hadn’t as they need to ask for your consent first.

Regarding your request to have your bet canceled, I’m not a sports bettor so I’m not sure if there are casinos that may grant such requests (canceling the bet completely not the cashout offer). I’m also not sure if this is even possible because, afaik, bookies adjust odds based on the wagered money. So if they cancel your bet, this could cause discrepancies in the offered odds. As I said, I'm not an expert when it comes to sports betting, so I could be wrong.
