Today rain 🌧️ poured down heavily, needed to warm up my body system and thank God for the pushups thread , I was able to do my morning routine sixty pushups in three sets am all warmed up , I just need a hot cup of tea to complete ✅ this morning package and am set to go for work.

The rainy days are probably coming to an end. Winter is coming to my country, maybe from the end of this month, some winter will come. However, completing push-ups during the rain is very enjoyable because the sound of the rain is very pleasant.
