This same incident happened with Monaco and Ajax after a one season splendid performance and they sold their key players bagging in loads of cash and suffering the season after that. I dont any coach at this point can be blamed for the club's downfall as major players that contributed to the team's previous victory has being sold leaving the club in peril.
Erik is a good coach but trying to fix what has already being broken takes a lot of time, not immediate effect. Bayer Leverkuseen made the biggest mistake selling ETH and definitely there would signs soon enough.
They have signed a new coach today, he happens to be a former head coach of Denmark. I am really anticipating to see what this coach is going to show in this team. If he’s able to make this team better than they were before, then Eric Ten Hag would be blamed for their poor form and the sacking might just have been the best for the team that they did on him. If the new coach suffers the same fate as Eric Yen Hag, or it took him longer time before he could put the team together also, then they were not just with Ten Hag and giving him more time could have also resulted to same thing as the new coach would. Bayern Leverkusen are really on a very big challenge this season with the way the team is currently, I just hope they get to figure out themselves quickly and get on the game like others.
