Considering the major reason for this forum it's not necessary to have a board like that besides if the admins could wait on a suggestion for us having a board for privacy and security which is even more pressing, then a wildlife board is of near zero importance.

The best fit for topics like you are emphasizing is either serious discussion... Or the off topic board. If you feel it's so necessary you can create a thread like WO for it in the off topic board probably members who share same opinion will visit (I doubt though).
