Atome is a pay later card where they claim to help their customers to pay for what they need in their lives. Its CEO claims that there is no need to help people pay for gambling because it is not a necessity even though he knows that if he allows gambling to be part of their system, they will rake in huge profits.
Afterall the main reason for that card is to pay later for the necessity of life and not for gambling. Gambling is off from what it was scheduled for. Although it might still be used for gambling but prevention is better than cure.

Me personally would see it as a way of taking loan to gamble, just as op said that the card is a pay later card. the only place I'm more concern about is if there will be any interest added when paying back our returning the money to the company, without you saying anything regarding that aspect I'm sure that some interest will be added rather the interest will not be the same as when you're taking a normal loan but that's by the way. And yeah the card is supposed to be used to sort out our basic necessity for example: foods house bills nepa bills and other related bills, in these Sense gambling with this card when is supposed to serve this purpose make no sense at all.
