the truth is both doomscrolling and gambling can sure mess with your head if you overdo them, but in different ways. doomscrolling kind of drains your energy!! fills your mind with negativity and steals your time without you even noticing. while in the case of gambling!! it sure hits you harder financially if you lose control and the mental stress that follows can be worse as well. in my personal belive i feel that doomscrolling is more of a silent danger because you don’t feel the damage right away, while gambling can cause immediate loss and regret. at the end of the day  having a balance is the key. you should try to do both in a moderate manner!!! otherwise you end up wasting time, peace of mind or even money.
