I always feel sick after a leg workout. I think my immune system might be weakening due to overexertion.
Anyway, I felt a little better today. I couldn't do push-ups yesterday; I needed a rest. Today I had a back workout.
I warmed up with push-ups and then did 100 reps, then continued with pull-ups and other back exercises. I'm really focusing on my workouts these days, which is helping me increase my reps.
