Israel has attacked Qatar but I am 100% sure that Qatar won't retaliate to that because all of their military equipment comes from USA and USA won't give them permission to respond to Israel. Arab countries are unable to fight Israel that's they are recognising it with mindset that such moves will save there kingship in the country. But gulf countries are sitting ducks and one day they will be attacked because Israel knows they can't defend themselves.
